As I’m sure many of you are well aware Twentieth Century Fox recently acquired the exclusive motion picture rights from Take Two interactive for the Max Payne series.
Also I’m sure most, if not all, of you are aware of Payne and Redemption; an independent film based on Max Payne.
In a recent email from Fox’s legal department to the P&R team Fox asked that all development of Payne and Redemption be ceased immediately. This is indeed controversial; if you would like to read the full article then head on over to the Payne & Redemption homepage.

What a pity that is. I wish Fergle and his crew lots of luck and I know he will push the project forward, to another dimension if it has to!
